Escalations

Automate your Food Safety with Escalations by creating an automatic action or sending a message with an attachment when a form isn't completed.  You will no longer need to chase up forms that were incomplete as Safe Food Pro can take care of that for you.

Escalations allow you to: 

• Send an email, SMS or push notification if a Form wasn't completed by the scheduled time
• Setup an escalation to occur from 15 minutes to 20 hours after a Form should have been completed
• Add a message to your Escalation to explain what action you want taken since the form wasn't completed
• Attach a Form or Resource to your Escalation message so it can be completed
• Set up a Snooze or repeating schedule to ensure the escalation is acted on
• Avoid escalations by setting up Reminders to prompt your Staff before a form is due to be complete
